    Description
    CHI Memorial is seeking an Outpatient Geriatric Physician to join our team in Chattanooga, Tenn.


    Highlights:
    ~ Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    ~1 in 6 outpatient telephone call only
    ~ The procedures are cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care, only individuals 55+
    ~ The resource team would consist of a LCSW
    ~ Eligible for quarterly bonuses following the guarantee period
    ~ Highly competitive; 50th percentile, initial guarantee with work RVU Production Incentive
