    Job Description:

    NCW is currently looking for a Bilingual Sales Support Representative to join our client's team and assist our client's sales team to grow their business. We are looking for an efficient and comfortable team member. The ability to prioritize and handle different tasks while maintaining and providing support is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. This is an in-house position not remote.

    Responsibilities:
    • Process and submit orders.
    • Input/Create new customer accounts.
    • Comfortable with discussing "adult products".
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    • Generate reports.
    • Answer phone calls from customers regarding their questions and requests for information.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments.
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning and faxing.

    Qualifications:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
    • Pays attention to detail and maintains accuracy.
    • Retains and follows trained procedures and policies.
    • Proficient in MS Office with basic experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
