    Description

    As an Electrical Engineer, you will be a pivotal member of our collaborative team. You will work on challenging and fast-paced projects in various industries, including power generation & utilities, chemicals, food & beverage, and advanced manufacturing.     Responsibilities

    Independently performs Electrical Engineering activities for all phases of Electrical development and equipment design for a project of moderate size and complexity. Must be fully competent in performing all conventional aspects of Electrical Engineering and application of independent judgment for the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard design engineering criteria, methods, and procedures. Assignments have objectives requiring the investigation of several variables. Periodic review of work done by less experienced engineers is required.

    • Participate in the design and development of electrical systems for industrial projects
    • Conduct electrical system calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
    • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
    • Create detailed electrical drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
    • Perform electrical equipment selection and sizing based on project requirements
    • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license or soon to be obtaining one
    • Strong knowledge and experience in electrical engineering design and project execution
    • Familiarity with electrical design software, such as AutoCAD
    • Proficient with relevant electrical codes and regulations
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering principles and practices
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
