    Who we are looking for:
    • The Client Lifecycle Management Team is seeking a skilled and proven Program/Project Manager , Vice President to help lead the successful design, implementation and user adoption of a new Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platform as well the management of other existing platforms.

    Why this role is important to us:
    • The new Client Lifecycle Management Platform is expected to significantly transform the way we onboard and offboard our clients, with a goal of creating capacity for our Client Facing teams, while reducing risk and improving cycle times. In addition to the new platform, the team also manages several other systems that will be integrated with the new platform - including the enterprise repository for all client contracts.


    What you will be responsible for:
    • Lead the program and associated projects to deliver an exceptional product for the business
    • Establish relationships with all stakeholders and development leads globally to ensure the right engagement and alignment is achieved for each initiative
    • Apply detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist in product development
    • Research and produce business and technical requirement documents
    • Work directly with stakeholders to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications; involvement in all aspects of the software product life cycle
    • Partner with IT development to help develop, implement, and refine features
    • Provide technical application level guidance and clarity to other technology leads and teams within the organization
    • Ensure compliance with various policies such as Data Governance, Information Security, Model Risk, etc.
    • Prepare presentations for executive leadership on project status, risks, metrics, etc.
    • Lead and conduct user acceptance testing, pilots and training in support of new releases
    • Manage tier 2 support for issue resolution and escalation to tier 3
    • Actively participate in the Agile software development process by adhering to Scrum Methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

    Salary Range:
    $100,000 - $167,500 Annual
    The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
