Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
- Ambitiously anticipates residents needs responds promptly acknowledges all guests however busy whatever time of day maintain complete knowledge restaurant operations proper table setup dress code restaurant strictly abide state liquor regulations particularly those prohibiting service minors intoxicated persons drunk driving adhere Quality Enhancement standards standard food safety practices review daily menu with residents take deliver accurate meal orders residents guests remove used soiled plates utensils glasses linen dining room needed clean reset tables immediately resident guest depart maintain complete knowledge Toast POS system manual systems assist preparation execution special events banquets theme meals adhere payment cash handling credit policies procedures process payments through POS acquaint new residents menus seating dining options hours clean sanitize carpet tables chairs condiment containers equipment used dining room complete side duties assigned cleanliness quality amount restaurant stock supplies using checklist fold napkins review reservations accommodate requests exceed expectations pre-assigned tables necessary create strong sense teamwork cooperation among staff attend Pre-Meal stand held for all dining kitchen staff may perform other duties assigned
