$20-$27/HR

Responsibility Tasks

Support the
CPMin ensuring books and records are at any time representing a true and fair picture of the project financials (actuals and forecasts)

Ensure compliance with all internal and external rules, laws, standards and guidelines, particularly ECC and Tax

Support the Site Manager in the management of financial matters on site

Manage together with the Site Manager all site related matters of customer and supplier contracts

Ensure successful claim documentation and resolution

Ensure lessons learnt are being made

Optimize site related assets (Tools, TEQ, Spares, etc.)

Participate in Project Team Meetings

Regularly analyze Site Budget together with CPM, update Forecasts and explain differences

Give input in updating the R&O Log

Perform compliance checks for site related transactions

Identify and evaluate disputes, claims and variation orders and support in the documentation of such

Be involved in the approval process for site related PO's, keep record and analyze impact on projects budget

Ensure Delivery Status meets Costs Progression
