Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role as an Onsite Manager located in Salt Lake City, UT. The

Onsite Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and expediting project timelines.

Other duties include, pool maintenance (CPO Preferred), lawn maintenance, pond maintenance, gate and minor road maintenance, sprinkler and irrigation maintenance, and misc.

Qualifications
Experience in general property maintenance

Experience in project management, logistics management, and expediting

Knowledge of inspection processes and procedures

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred qualifications

Do you have the following license or certification: Certified Pool & Spa Operator

(CPO)?

Do you have the following license or certification: General Contractor?
