Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and trauma protocols
Manage neuro stepdown and med-surg patients with high-acuity needs
Participate in interdisciplinary care, patient/family education, and transitions of care
Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform standard nursing procedures
Float between units as required by patient census or staffing needs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of med-surg or stepdown experience
Level I Trauma experience required
Travel nurse experience preferred
Active
RN license in Tennessee or compact license
Cerner charting experience preferred
First-timers not accepted; traveler must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
