- Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role, preferably in a field service or maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with compressed air systems or similar technical services is advantageous.

The Compressed Air Systems Dispatcher/Scheduler plays a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the deployment of field service technicians to ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of compressed air systems. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized schedule, dispatching technicians, and communicating with clients to provide outstanding service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dispatch and Scheduling:
• Efficiently schedule and dispatch field service technicians to client locations based on the urgency of service requests and technician availability.
• Prioritize service calls and assign appropriate technicians, considering skills and expertise.
Customer Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing updates on technician arrival times.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Support:
• Provide support to field service technicians by supplying relevant information and materials needed for jobs.
• Keep technicians informed of schedule changes and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment for their assignments.
• Support and assist service management as needed
Routing and Navigation:
• Optimize technician routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
• Utilize GPS and navigation tools to assist technicians in reaching client sites.
Emergency Response:
• Coordinate rapid responses to emergency service calls and ensure immediate dispatch of technicians when required.
