    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med-Surg travel assignment requiring an active TX or compact license and at least one year of recent Med-Surg experience.

    Responsibilities
    Work in a Med-Surg unit within a hospital setting
    Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    13-week contract assignment
    Typical duties may include medication administration, care coordination, and monitoring patients in a Med-Surg setting
    Must provide professional references as required by state
    Compliance documents including license verification and certification copies are required
    Hospital scrubs or institutional dress code may apply

    Requirements
    Active TX or compact state RN license required
    Minimum of 1 year recent Med-Surg experience
    Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
    Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
    US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
    No employment gap of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
    Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
