    Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented subject matter expert to join our team in Norfolk, VA.


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Assimilate tactical aircraft and provided mission planning system updates and assist with integration and speed to fleet training initiatives.
    Assist with training development. Prepare documentation for training delivery at fleet concentration areas and warfare centers of excellence.

    Provide briefings on system capabilities and procedures to program office, fleet operators, and testers in support of operational and program milestone events.

    Training products include courseware, briefings, manuals, and checklists using MS Office software tools.
    Assist with operational and tactical manual updates.
    Plan, monitor and manage projects from initiation through completion. Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
    Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve the effectiveness of training projects.


    Basic Qualifications:


    Minimum 12 years' experience as either an F-18, EA-18, E-2, or H-60 Naval Aviator or Naval Flight Officer/ Weapon System Officer.

    Subject matter expertise level knowledge and experience of tactical systems including communications links on tactical Naval aircraft. Able to provide professional training, briefings, and technical guidance to weapons training and support teams.


    Desired Qualifications:
    A Weapons and Tactics School Graduate [eg TOPGUN, Electronic Attack Weapons School (EAWS), SEAWOLF]Education:Bachelor's degree required for this position

    Security Clearance Requirements:
    This position will require an active DoD Secret clearance to start

    Physical Requirements:
    Position Self to move.
    Stationary 50% or more of the timeOccasionally move around the officeMust be able to Communicate.
    Must be able to detect computer screen and other work-related material.
