    We are seeking a highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and operation of MEP systems in various construction projects. This role involves comprehensive testing, inspection, and verification of all MEP systems to ensure they meet design specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct thorough reviews of MEP design plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure understanding of system requirements.
    2. Develop comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for MEP systems, outlining testing procedures and timelines.
    3. Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project plans.
    4. Perform on-site inspections and testing of MEP systems during various stages of construction to verify compliance with design standards and regulatory codes.
    5. Conduct functional performance testing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
    6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or deficiencies in MEP systems, and work collaboratively with contractors to implement corrective actions.
    7. Generate detailed commissioning reports documenting testing procedures, results, and any required corrective measures.
    8. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and protocols throughout the commissioning process.

    Technical and Consulting Services:

    • Helping our clients improve efficiency and lower operating costs on new and exciting projects.
    • Ensuring buildings deliver maximize comfort for the life of the building.
    • Developing, managing and coordinating project-specific commissioning plans.
    • Performing commissioning activities on a variety of building systems.
    • Verifying building system compliance to engineering specifications.
    • Reviewing system installation, functional performance and control systems operations.

    What you Need to Succeed:

    • Demonstrated proficiency in leading new construction commissioning projects
    • 3+ years of MEP commissioning experience
    • Proven understanding and efficient use of building automation systems.
    • Ability to read, understand and identify potential issues within construction documents.
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Suite skills including Teams, Excel and Word.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bachelors degree in mechanical, architectural, or electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
