    Description

    Job Title

    We are looking for a multi-tasker with strong organizational, communication and software skills. This position maintains a high level of trust and confidentiality with all company communication, sensitive information, financial records, and personnel matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and sign in all visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer needs.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain calendars.
    • Schedule/prepare for meetings and customer visits. This includes setting up rooms and arranging lunches.
    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area. Includes watering plants and preparing coffee.
    • Maintains, orders and stocks supplies.
    • Maintains confidentiality.
    • Utilizes Microsoft office and other necessary computer applications.
    • Assists with accounting duties.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience
    • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Phone etiquette and professional demeanor
    • Some accounting experience preferred
