Job Summary

This position involves working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.

The LPN will demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. The role requires demonstrating competency and practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizing appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan.
