Job summary
Provides individualized case management and accepts clinical responsibilities including: referrals; screenings/assessments, individual, group and family counseling, and crisis intervention. Additionally provides clinical oversight and supervision of the other therapists in the clinic.- Timely compliant clinical documentation billing practices following all HRBH policies standards set forth by HRBH policy.
- Case management clinical responsibilities including accepting appropriate referrals providing assessments individual counseling family counseling group counseling crisis intervention according to treatment plan maintains caseload.
- Takes ownership for individual referral source satisfaction returning phone calls timely manner communicating with referral sources with authorization link serve advocate individuals as needed.
