- 3+ years of learning and development experience in a management/senior leadership capacity
- Experience designing training strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field is a plus
- Determine learning + development opportunities across our organization in areas such as IT/software, sales/client development, and leadership skills
- Partner with our talented Jobot Family to learn best practices, skills, and industry knowledge/expertise
- Create + implement training curriculum across multiple platforms such as in-person, virtual, modules, etc.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate program successes and areas of improvement
- Excellent researcher and relationship builder with an ability to crowdsource information from top performers
- Analytical and strategic thinker, acting as a partner to Senior Leadership in designing training content
- Dynamic facilitator who is skilled at breaking down information into digestible and implementable learning material
