    Overview:
    Scope of Responsibilities
    :

    The successful candidate will be a self-motivated member of a dynamic B2B team responsible for supporting mission critical systems relevant to the enterprise managed file transfer functions and partner integration process.


    Job Summary:
    The integration team has a wide variety of partners that ProAct exchanges business data with.


    This person will facilitate, assist, create and troubleshoot partner integrations and processes using a combination of resources, methodologies and applications.

    This person will help move legacy processes to current technologies and help support existing business systems/processes.

    As a business analyst


    you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient transfer of data between internal and external systems.

    You will be responsible for managing file transfer processes, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that arise.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data during transmission.


    Responsibilities:

    Job Duties:


    Responsible for working with new and existing partners in the development and administration of ProActs core tools and business processes which includes working with a variety of TPA (Third Party Administrators), electronic transmissions of files.

    Work with TPA and clients to define/maintain/troubleshoot file feeds and layouts based on specific application.
    Troubleshoot and analyze data issues within raw data feeds and reports.
    Help with test scenarios/files, test execution and test results validation.
    Explain requirements and processes to internal/external technical and business partners in a variety of ways (use cases, logical diagrams, flow charts)
    Oversee the end-to-end file transfer process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand file transfer requirements and implement appropriate solutions
    Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to file transfer processes promptly


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Associate degree in STEM or IT related field or equivalent real world experience.


    Experience:
    Experience using a variety of applications that facilitate high volume electronic file transferring, data validation, extracting, parsing, creating and storing of different files

    Experience should include:
    Experience in a B2B environment working with partners to achieve common goals
    Ability to translate business questions and partner requirements into systematic processes
    Very Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Job Skills Required:
    Ability to understand behavior of claims systems, file feeds, and other elements related to processing accumulator data
    Ability to identify data quality issues and define/implement corrective solutions
    Identify opportunities and recommend changes to IT that will help ensure optimal performance in our database and systems environment
    Coordinate activities, changes, and communication with internal groups and business partners
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Self-motivated with excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
    Vigilance in adherence to system and industry security protocols


    Compensation:
    $ /hr


    The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
