    Dogtopia is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist professional to join our Phoenix Support Office team to manage general IT efficiencies and network support duties. This key position is the primary contact for the Dogtopia Support office employees and all franchisees (183+ daycares and counting). As the first-level contact for franchisees, IT Support troubleshoots technical questions with accuracy and efficiency.

    This role is based out of our Phoenix Support Office and will be hybrid role with majority remote based with 1-2 days per week working in our office. + You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at the time

    + You are extremely responsive, including on evenings and weekends

    + You are friendly, courteous, resourceful, and accommodating

    + You have experience in public speaking, presenting, and training

    + You are a problem solver and love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions

    + You dont get frustrated easily. If you dont know the answer, you leverage your village of knowledge and are committed to finding the answer

    + You are patient, level-headed and cool under pressure

    + You like helping people

    + You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak clearly

    + You are a team player with the inherent need to perform at a high level

    + You are motivated and driven. You take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference

    + 2-5 years in IT

    + Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Software

    + Background in a franchise or retail environment is a plus
