- Utilizing knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients toward the appropriate level of care.
- Maintaining accurate client documentation and adhering to privacy regulations.
- Collaborating with a diverse team for seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
- 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience.
- Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and available community resources.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
