Intake Call Center Representative

You'll be a vital part of our administrative support team as an Intake Call Center Representative. Your role will be instrumental in connecting individuals with life-changing behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial screenings and assessments via inbound calls, gathering essential information.
Providing compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering suitable resources and referrals.
Utilizing knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients toward the appropriate level of care.
Maintaining accurate client documentation and adhering to privacy regulations.
Collaborating with a diverse team for seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience.
Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and available community resources.
Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
