Human Resources Coordinator

The Bass Underwriters, Inc. Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our 600+ employee organization with offices across the United States.

This role plays a key part in ensuring recruiting and onboarding processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities include supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts, coordinating interview scheduling, communicating with candidates, assisting with new hire onboarding execution, and providing miscellaneous HR administrative support.

• Supports talent acquisition by partnering with the Talent Acquisition Lead to post job requisitions in the ATS system.
• Coordinates interview scheduling and conducts initial HR screening interviews for designated roles.
• Maintains open communication channels with candidates regarding timelines and next steps.
