Position Summary:
Position responsible for direction of department and the various functions under its umbrella.
Provides reports to the Quality Committee, Medical Executive Committee, Board of Directors, administrative team, health plans and regulatory agencies as requested and required.
Position will maintain quality improvement activities within department and participates in unit based quality improvement activities. Assures collaboration between quality, risk and utilization management functions.Serves as the ISO Management RepresentativeRequirements:
High School Diploma/GEDCurrent AZ RN LicenseBLS3-5 years experience
