Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will work with and support the firm's White Collar practice, with support from other staff members on the team. This position will be responsible for driving business development, branding and marketing initiatives in support of the practices, and serve as a strategic advisor to the attorneys.

Description
Driving business development efforts to expand and diversify existing client relationships, attracting new clients to the firm, identifying cross-sell opportunities
Collaborating with attorneys to develop individual business development plans and initiatives
Developing pitch materials and proposal responses, identifying opportunities for thought leadership, analyzing competitive intelligence, and assisting with client events
Working with other marketing team members for brand awareness and marketing opportunities
Leading, mentoring and managing of direct reports
Profile
Candidate with relevant Business Development experience ideally in professional services or legal industry
7+ years of experience
Strategic thinker with demonstrated acumen to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives
Results-oriented
Effective communication skills
Experience with people management
