    LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a Human Resources (HRIS and Benefits) Consultant to join their team in Chicago, IL. You will be pivotal in managing global talent acquisition through a company integration. Implementing global employee acquisition transfers and serving as the HRIS expert for Namely HRIS. You will be responsible for leading ongoing analysis and design efforts to ensure seamless global application of HR processes. In addition, manage HRIS, benefits, and administration, including the upcoming benefits annual open enrollment period, which entails overseeing communications and overall administration.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Global Employee Acquisition Transfers: Manage contract staff involved in the implementation of global employee acquisition transfers. Ensure smooth and efficient transitions, maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
    • HRIS Implementation: Serve as the Human Capital Platform expert in Namely HRIS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, and implement updates to ensure the platform's global applicability. Utilize your experience to implement and optimize the HRIS platform. Ensure a seamless integration of the system within the organization's HR processes.
    • Ongoing Analysis and Design: Lead ongoing analysis and design efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes within a global context. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize the use of HR systems and tools.
    • HRIS Management: Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with an emphasis on maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and ensuring data security. Implement updates and configurations as necessary.
    • Benefits and Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including the upcoming annual enrollment period. Coordinate communications, educate employees on available benefits, and manage the overall administration process.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Proven experience managing staff and overseeing global employee acquisition transfers.
    • Previous HRIS implementation experience, ideally within Namely HRIS.
    • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and designing HR processes within a global context.
    • Proficiency in HRIS management, including data entry, reporting, and configuration.
    • Experience in benefits administration, including annual enrollment periods and communications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations, compliance, and best practices.
