JOB OPPORTUNITY: Area Director

Reporting to: RVP or the Director of Operations

FLSA Status: Exempt (Executive, Administrative)

Requirements:

 College degree or equivalent experience

 5 years of multi-unit restaurant experience

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Windows based computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Excel

 Ability to execute job responsibilities effectively

 Regular travel required

Responsibilities: The Area Director oversees all aspects of restaurant operations in a specific area under the direction of the Director of Operations. This role entails providing leadership to achieve the Company's goals for sales, profit, and growth. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

 Directly managing a team of 5-6 General Managers

 Providing guidance to Assistant General Managers and hourly staff in assigned restaurants

 Upholding Company Operations standards for quality, service, and cleanliness

 Monitoring financial and operational performance; taking corrective actions when necessary

 Recruiting and developing management staff; supporting training programs

 Ensuring compliance with HR and safety regulations; addressing employee concerns promptly

 Implementing sales strategies; managing employee turnover and staffing goals

Physical Requirements:

 Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds

 Extended periods of walking and/or standing

This position offers Competitive Pay with Monthly Bonus Plan.
