- Bring personal drive and a passion for beer and beer quality from grist to glass,
- Excellent and complete recordkeeping and documentation
- Engaging ambassador for our guests and guide for the beer experience. You'll bring your knowledge and enthusiasm to our flagship products, and to interesting things in development.
- Ensuring that the facility is always clean and in good repair. The space and the work will always represent the brand.
- Coordinate bulk beer deliveries as necessary.
- Attention to detail, agility, and self-motivation required.
- Be a great Beer Advocate. Provide beer education (Pelican Beer School) to staff and help keep beer culture thriving.
- Support Production facility when required.
- Do what is required on any given day.
- Engage and interact with customers: regular hours when customers are present, mini-tours and education for customers, participate in Mug Club events, etc
- Draft line maintenance, cleaning, technical support
- Function seamlessly as a part of the Siletz Bay team as well as the brewery team
- Professional relationship building, clear communication, and adaptability will be required.

We operate a state-of-the-art production brewery, and two world-class brewpubs on the beautiful Oregon Coast. This position will serve as the main brewer for our new pub location in Siletz Bay, Oregon . This position will also work in the Tillamook production facility as required.
