    Director of Customer Experience

    The Director of Customer Experience oversees the entire customer experience team including Dispatch, Customer Experience, and Inside Sales roles. This position also assists with overseeing The Home Depot program ensuring alignment with business goals while achieving high customer satisfaction scores.

    A typical day for this role includes:
    Dispatch Department: Oversee both HVAC & Trade's Dispatch departments reviewing daily reports identifying roadblocks impacting booking coordinating same-day and next-day strategies
    Oversee CX department partnering to review unbooked calls AVOCA/Daily30 metrics listening calls daily identify coaching recovery opportunities assigning corrective actions coach CERs managers improve call quality reinforcing positive feedback service wins maintain morale standards
