- Significant experience in C#/.NET programming, including research, design, requirements gathering, development, testing, documentation, and production support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, define, and quantify problems and provide effective solutions.
- Proven ability to document procedures and activities clearly and effectively using English language proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team and motivating co-workers in challenging situations.
- Ability to work under multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, organizing and completing projects efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
