- Maintain reporting structures, corporate KPIs, and financial dashboards.
- Develop and sustain reporting for legal entities, projects, and cost centers, distributing them to content owners monthly for review.
- Prepare monthly reports for frontline management and the leadership team.
- Collaborate with frontline managers to review monthly financial results.
- Work closely with accounting to ensure accuracy in cost center and project reporting.
- Assist in creating monthly business review materials alongside the CFO and CEO.
- Update and manage corporate planning models.
- Support in crafting presentations for senior management and investors.
- Undertake ad-hoc reporting projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution.
- Professional experience within a solar or energy storage development firm, demonstrating consistent career advancement.
- Proficiency with financial planning and reporting systems.
- MBA is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and committed to follow-through.
- Eagerness to identify and implement process improvements.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Workday Adaptive Planning system is desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret and analyze extensive datasets.
