This is an exciting opportunity for an active Northeastern University student to join PM Group's quickly growing Boston area team out of Burlington, MA. The Architectural Designer Co-op/Intern will be mentored by Architects and assist with the development of design documents.The job requires learning and working with design software: Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketchup etc. It involves assisting in producing designs in accordance with project requirements through all stages of the project including researching building codes and government regulations writing project specifications and procedures interfacing with material and equipment vendors Engineering disciplines to ensure the highest level of service is provided interacting communicating with project team members clients other internalexternal parties to ensure co-ordination of activities liaising supervises as appropriate demonstrating knowledge understanding scope work assigned commercial aspects hours capital cost using initiative problem solving making decisions under direction others preparing technical documents agreed schedules reporting progress timely fashion site visits surveys as needed keeping abreast current technology regulations industry standards practice Architecture special projects required pursuing Bachelor Architecture degree Masters Architecture degree Active student Northeastern University interest Life Sciences pharmaceutical industry understanding experience rendering software Enscape Rino (Revit plus) computer literate MS Word Excel good written spoken communication skills all information confidential EEO guidelines.
