Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance projects as assigned by a maintenance management software program including labor, parts entries and maintaining inventory.
- Maintain and repair high speed/high volume manufacturing equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Operate production equipment responsible for manufacturing and assembly of machinery in a food grade environment follow blueprints guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
