Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Service Associate at L & J Diesel Service, a leading diesel fuel systems manufacturer and parts dealer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and text messages
Assist customers in finding the correct part using internal systems
Approve customer orders and forward them to the shipping department
Maintain accurate customer records
Manage customer warranty claims and communications
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
Perform other duties to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or sales experience required
Experience in the auto parts industry is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with computers and office tools
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Resourceful problem-solving and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and open-mindedness
