Journeyman Plumber Residential Service
Location: Mount Pleasant, WI
Employment Type: Full Time Year Round
Pay: $42 to $62 per hour based on experience + Performance Bonuses Overtime + Benefits (OTE $85,000 plus)
Join a well-established local plumbing company serving Mount Pleasant and surrounding southeast Wisconsin communities. We specialize in reliable residential repairs installations and maintenance and are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in quality work strong customer service and consistent performance. Core Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations repairs and routine maintenance with high precision and attention to detail.
- Provide professional courteous service to homeowners explaining issues solutions and completed work clearly to build lasting trust.
- Manage daily service routes independently or with a partner handling everything from simple fixes to complex system upgrades.
- Prioritize workplace safety quality craftsmanship and code compliance on every job.
- Take advantage of optional overtime opportunities to increase earnings when demand calls for it.
- Active Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on residential plumbing experience with proven success in service and repair work.
- Valid drivers license with clean record.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and ability to excel both solo and in team settings.
- Detail oriented with good problem solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Hourly rate ranging from $42 to $62 depending on your skills and results plus performance bonuses and overtime pay.
- Realistic on target earnings exceeding $85,000 annually with consistent routes and extra hours available.
