POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional mannerEffectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions dailyMaintain a high level of professionalism at all timesTraining, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reportsConstructive involvement in daily sales meetingsCollaborate with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing trainingRecruiting future sales associatesMay be responsible for group sales presentationsOther duties may be assignedJob Expectations and RequirementsSuccessful track record of Wyndham sales experience requiredSuccessful industry Sales Management experience requiredWyndham Presidents Club award preferredAbility to motivate a team and build a great cultureMust have a valid AZ Real Estate License before start date (we will provide the class)Maintain production standardsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree is preferred
