Position responsibilities are:
Manage finances for the firm including billing, accounts payable, and payroll

Manage firm budget

Review financial data, create reports, and review with firm management

Lead the firm's financial systems

Supervise Billing Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist

interface with outside Accountants to review and prepare firm financials


Position requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) in a law firm

At least 5 years of related experience in a law firm environment

Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Cleo or other financial software

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong organizational, communication and client relations skills
