    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our tour promotions team. As a key member of our entertainment client's marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and brand awareness.

    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of management experience in the entertainment industry, preferably with a background in music. You should be proficient in Concur and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise between managers, tour managers, and various music departments to identify and organize promotional opportunities for assigned artists.
    • Create and maintain accurate daily itineraries for assigned artists, including travel details and promotional event information.
    • Work closely with finance and marketing teams to create budgets for tours and promotional events, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Manage and book artist travel for promotional events, including flights, trains, cars, and hotels.
    • Attend live events, showcases, and festivals, handling executive/staff entry, venue/artist credentials, VIP section, tickets/admittance, and parking arrangements.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of management experience.
    • Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably music.
    • Concur proficiency.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Salary: $37 per hour (max), estimated annual salary: $76,800 (based on 40 hours/week).
