Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Infor Visual System Administrator to oversee the configuration, administration and optimization of our Infor Visual ERP environment. This role is essential to ensuring the stability scalability and effectiveness of the ERP platform that supports daily operations across manufacturing finance engineering supply chain and corporate functions.

Responsibilities
- Administer configure and maintain the Infor Visual ERP system ensuring high availability optimal performance manage system settings user access permissions roles security policies oversee environments patches updates upgrades collaborate with Operations Finance Engineering Sales Supply Chain align system functionality business requirements gather requirements design solutions implement configurations enhance workflows business processes prioritize standard functionality minimizing unnecessary customization serve as Tier escalation point for complex issues beyond helpdesk capabilities diagnose resolve errors data integration challenges provide guidance end users internal support teams lead improvement initiatives module enhancements workflow improvements integrations reporting upgrades partner IT vendors needed develop maintain documentation process flows test scripts functional specifications establish execute testing protocols ensure quality production ready solutions identify opportunities leverage planning tools automation analytics extend ERP capabilities support integrations third-party systems provide training coaching users improve adoption utilization travel onsite go-lives audits workshops activities.
