Description

Landscape Design and Implementation Lead

We seek a seasoned landscape designer to spearhead our team's outdoor space enhancement endeavors.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee the creation of detailed landscape plans, utilizing CAD software to select optimal plant species, hardscaping features, and grading plans.

Key Tasks:

Foster effective communication between clients, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain expertise in plant species, growth habits, and application suitability.
Cultivate proficiency in CAD software for generating high-quality landscape plans and 3D renderings.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to guarantee timely completion.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
Prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing project demands.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of site conditions, including soil types, drainage, and sunlight exposure.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials efficiently and safely.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture by leading by example and mentoring team members.
Qualifications include relevant experience and a valid driver's license.
