    Network Operations - Service Deliverables

    • The service consists of providing operations support for network security/access management infra using Cisco Identity Service Engine

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • The purpose of this role is to provide technical solution support for Network security/IAM infrastructure. The emphasis would be on skills like
    • Manage Network Security/IAM infrastructure with Cisco Client
    • Provision IAM for Network/Security/Tools infrastructure.
    • Plan and implement required configuration changes on Cisco Client
    • Perform software upgrade & hardware refresh.
    • Perform problem RCA and define, implement corrective and preventive measures with IAM.
    • Enhance performance, security, monitoring, availability & stability for network security infrastructure.

    Technology Knowledge Areas:

    • IAM – Cisco Client
    • Strong knowledge with LDAP/MS AD/PKI/OTP/Cisco TrustSec/MAB
    • Strong knowledge on Vault security solutions
    • Strong knowledge on SAPM/CyberArk preferred.
    • Strong knowledge with DNS/SNMP/TACACS/RADIUS solutions
    • Strong knowledge on Certificate management/certificate authorities/digital signature
    • Knowledge on BYOD concepts & provisioning
    • Knowledge on policy compliance & profiling with Cisco Client
    • Knowledge on Authentication, Accounting & Auditing with Cisco Client
    • Good knowledge with Splunk
    • Basic knowledge on Network Routing & Switching
    • Basic knowledge on Security products like FW/IPS/Load Balancers
    • Basic knowledge on Cloud solutions/Azure/AWS
    • Basic knowledge on management/monitoring tools

    Technology Experience:

    • Hands-on experience in implementation, troubleshooting & administration of Cisco Client solutions.
    • Hand-on experience with SAPM solutions like CyberArk
    • Hand-on experience in integrating AAA with Network/Security devices and Network Tools infrastructure.
    • Hand-on experience in managing vault security.
    • Hands on experience with AAA using Cisco Client
    • Hand on experience with Splunk for log management
    • Hand on experience in planning/deploying policies and profiling with Cisco Client
    • Hand on experience in integrating BYOD/Guest solutions with Cisco Client
