    Director of Sales - High Point Land Company

    Location: Waverly, IA

    Job Type: Full- Time Salary

    About Our Company:

    High Point Land Company is a leading real estate company specialized in Land Sales, Auctions and Appraisals committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients and agents alike. We are currently seeking a seasoned Director of Sales with a dynamic personality and coach-like leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing all real estate agents, transactions and working closely with the leadership and office team to retain top talent and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    · Leadership and Management: Guide, motivate, and mentor real estate agents within the brokerage. Ensure a high standard of professionalism and service.

    · Transaction Oversight: Supervise all real estate transactions, providing support and ensuring that agents adhere to legal and organizational standards.

    · Agent Retention: Collaborate with the leadership and office team to develop and implement retention programs aimed at keeping our top real estate sales agents.

    · Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws. Ensure all brokerage activities comply with legal standards.

    · Training and Development: Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our agents, ensuring continuous development and adherence to industry best practices.

    · Brand Awareness & Standards: Maintain exceptional brand standards and foster relationships with agents and office teams to enhance business growth and reputation.

    Qualifications:

    · Experience: At least 3 years of active practice in a real estate position and willingness to obtain broker status if not already applicable.

    · Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and inspire a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

    · Preferred Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate market, including all relevant state and national Fair Housing and real estate laws.

    · Required Licensing: Must possess a Real Estate license in the state of Iowa.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Waverly, IA 50677: Relocate before starting work (Required)

    Work Location: In person
