    As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you'll be trusted to modernize and create efficiency in the logistics area by implementing software and platforms, data management, and training plans.

    Using your ability to define technical requirements, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative technology and processes.

    In this role, you'll directly impact the defense mission by translating client needs to software requirements while managing delivery.

    5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
    Experience with JIRA, MS Teams, and SharePoint
    Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
    Experience with providing training of new functionality to client
    Knowledge of the project management framework
    Secret clearance
    Experience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
    Knowledge of DoD IT infrastructures and processes
    Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification
    Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
