    The Delivery Manager oversees daily operations and leads teams to ensure performance goals, service levels, and business metrics are met. This role focuses on people leadership, operational execution, and compliance with company policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations and coordinate work across teams.

    • Lead, coach, and support employees to meet performance goals.

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance improvement plans (PIPs), conflict resolution, and terminations.

    • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics.

    • Address employee relations issues and identify training needs.

    • Prepare and review performance reports and KPIs.

    • Work with stakeholders to improve processes and service delivery.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements.

    Requirements

    • At least three (3) years of management experience.

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

    • High school diploma.

    • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

    • U.S. citizenship. 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Project management experience.

    Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $73,882 – $95,950.
