Key Responsibilities
- Conduct efficient, non-invasive examinations in patients' homes.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend follow-up care such as labs, mental health services, home health care, or specialist referrals.
- Communicate findings with primary care physicians, case managers, or referring physicians as necessary.
- Document visits thoroughly and efficiently within 24-48 hours using an EMR system.
What You'll Need
- Required Equipment: Stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and pulse oximeter.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in your state.
- Malpractice Insurance: Current coverage is a must.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license for fieldwork.
- Additional Qualifications: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
