Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ☑  Excellent communication skills required to address mail-related questions and service issues from customers efficiently.
• ☑  Ability to sort, label, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately under tight deadlines
• ☑  Clerical work experience preferably including administrative support tasks such as handling paper records or digitized data
