Resumen del Puesto: En Cascada Spa y Hotel, nos enorgullecemos de brindar un entorno relajante y lujoso para nuestros huéspedes. Buscamos auxiliares de áreas públicas dedicados y amigables para garantizar la limpieza y organización de todos los espacios públicos dentro del hotel. Su función será esencial para mantener nuestros altos estándares de servicio y sostenibilidad.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

El puesto requiere trabajar en la noche.

Limpiar y mantener las áreas públicas según los estándares del hotel, incluyendo quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora y desinfectar las superficies.
Asegurarse de que los baños y las áreas comunes estén abastecidos con los suministros necesarios y bien presentados.
Informar de inmediato los problemas de mantenimiento y las solicitudes especiales de los huéspedes.
Seguir todas las pautas de salud y seguridad, incluido el manejo adecuado de los agentes y equipos de limpieza.
Colaborar con los departamentos de toda la propiedad para garantizar suministros adecuados cuando sea necesario.
Mantener nuestras prácticas de sostenibilidad mediante el uso eficiente de los recursos y el reciclaje cuando corresponda.

Requisitos del Puesto:

Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Se prefiere experiencia previa en un puesto de limpieza de cara al huésped o un puesto relacionado, idealmente dentro de la industria hotelera. Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con nuestros huéspedes.
Gran atención a los detalles y habilidades organizativas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficaz e independiente en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Flexibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidas las tardes, los fines de semana y los días festivos.
Capacidad para levantar y mover hasta 50 libras y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
