    Our client is a family-owned roofing company which offers Commercial & Residential roofing repair and replacement services. They also provide new roof construction and commercial roofing services. The company is headquartered in Florida and has branches across the state.


    POSITION SUMMARY


    Our client is looking to expand to the Tampa area with the goal of opening a new branch once they find the right person.

    This role would start as an individual contributor with the goal of growing the Tampa market to $300k in monthly revenue at which point a team would be built around the successful candidate.

    As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in Tampa, Florida. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Floridamarket.

    Team Leadership:

    Lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals, including sales representatives, project managers, and administrative staff, to deliver high-quality work and exceptional customer service.


    Sales and Business Development:

    Drive sales initiatives, establish and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to generate new business opportunities and increase market share.


    Project Management:

    Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.


    Financial Management:
    Manage branch budget, expenses, and financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

    Compliance and Safety:

    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers.


    Customer Satisfaction:

    Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.


    Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
    Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for projects.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS,KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,


    AND ABILITIES:


    Minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.

    Roofing Contractors license is preferred.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

    Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the construction or roofing industry.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

    Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.


    COMPENSATION

    Minimum base salary:
    $80,000 (range above depending on experience and interview performance)

    10% profit share of branch revenue (paid quarterly)
