    The sales associate role is an exciting opportunity to delight our Nordstrom customer, bringing the Monica Vinader experience to life in Seattle.

    What you'll doDriving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

    • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
    • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
    • Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)Supporting the Team,
    • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
    • Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
    • Exceptional personal grooming and presentationDelivering Efficiency
    • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)What you'll bring
