Job Summary
This is an onsite Reception based role- a large focus on email and ticket responses-phone responsibilities occasionally. Individual will be responsible for responding to emails and tickets based on a client portal ticket system and a portal for building related requests Report to supervisors Assisting with parking validation Badge/registration requests Responding to internal client requests Conference Room management Walking the floor/restocking pantry/office upkeepResponsibilities
Provides coordination and administrative support for delivery of Workplace Services. Concierge Reception / Conference & Meeting Room Management A/V Support Meeting & Event Management Community Programs Workplace Coaching & Onboarding Food Services Parking & Commute Bicycle & Local Shuttle Supported Employment Company Store Pet Programs Document Services Mail Services Record Archiving Office Supply Management Moves Adds Changes Furniture Management Space Reset Workplace Onboarding Assists the Workplace Experience leadership team with general administrative support including invoice processing travel arrangements expense reporting etc Requests building or equipment services as needed Provides administrative support for Workplace Experience team as directed including expense management meeting coordination office workplace experience equipment care supply management Manages accuracy production quality retention program materials which may include administration SharePoint sites similar Ensures client company materials comply with client company brand guidelines Utilizes maintains integrity databases other digital tools associated service delivery requested Ensures all billings business services invoiced billed required Attends move meetings coordinate moves client contacts Responds customer requests complaints regarding Workplace Experience services Maintains relationships vendors provide services goods office Ensures vendors used current proof insurance contractual documentation place requirements Administers Workplace Experience team member third-party service provider on-boarding process new employee orientation training equipment software ordering assists completion office Business Continuity plan Performs other duties assignedJob description
