    Description


    The Project Policy Analyst supports the KSMP mission to serve as change agents who inform and inspire animal welfare leaders to implement a community-centered approach to animal services and shelter management; focused on prevention and grounded in science.

    This position serves as a member of the California for All Animals team and the larger KSMP unit.

    The selected candidate will actively assist the Director and other team members in the development and implementation of program centered goals, progress toward goals, and program efficiencies.

    They will assist with the strategy and implementation of a $37.5 Million grant program to California animal shelters and serve as a mentor and consultant to a statewide community of animal services organizations with the goals of creating connections and reducing the euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals.
