    Executive Director Opportunity at Riverside Village

    Elkhart, IN

    We are actively recruiting for an experienced leader to lead our team at Riverside Village, part of American Senior Communities. Candidates must be licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA).

    Responsibilities

    • Lead our team at Riverside Village, part of American Senior Communities.
    • Foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team who makes a difference in the lives of our residents who we are privileged to serve.
    • Maintain an understanding of the long-term care industry and operations to support quality, compliant service.

    Qualifications

    • A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations
    • An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana
    • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree preferred.

    Education

    Experience

    • Experience in leadership within long-term care is preferred.
