- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all plant operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze plant performance, including production, quality, and cost, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the plant.
- Risk Management: Manage plant risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in plant operations and management practices.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to plant teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the successful operation of the plant.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction materials production or a related industry, including 2+ years of management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
